About Janine

So, who am I in the spirit connection. I am a Medium & Empath.

Through my own experiences and natural sensitivity. I connect with those in spirit, receiving messages that are meaningful and empowering. As a deeply intuitive empath, I naturally attune to each client's physical, emotional, and energetic state, creating a supportive space for insight, healing, and connection. My work is guided by compassion, integrity, and a sincere intention to empower others on their personal and spiritual journey.

I came to understand the responsibility that accompanies my connection, recognising that strong professional and emotional ethics are essential. As I grew into this work, I realised that my role is not always to provide all the answers, but rather to support others on their own journeys, encouraging them to trust themselves and recognise that the answers often already exist within.

These same values carry through my workshops, tours, seminars, meditation classes, and speaking platforms, where I share the importance of self-awareness and truth, help others understand how residual energies may present, and offer the reassurance that we are never truly alone as we move through life.

I bring an innate, genuine sense of passion and curiosity into the work I share with others. I connect through energy in a natural and grounded way, offering messages that are clear, meaningful, and often deeply affirming. I welcome open conversations around after-life experiences, while always approaching spirit with care, respect, and integrity, I continue to honour the connection, Spirit chose me to share with others.

I believe that with 'experience comes knowledge, with knowledge comes wisdom, and with wisdom comes knowing'. My intention is always to support and guide others in a way that feels empowering, compassionate, and mindful of where they are in their own life journey.

I think I would have to say, in order for you to understand me and how my interaction with Spirit works, you just have to experience me!

At the heart of my work is a deep knowing - that true spiritual connection is gentle, grounded, and deeply human.

It is not about performance.
It is not about ego.
It is not about hype, fear, or sensationalism.

For me, it is about presence, honesty, and meeting people exactly where they are. It is about creating real connection in a way that feels safe, respectful, and authentic. I believe spirituality should support real life — not become an escape from it.

I don't see "clients."
I see people.

People with stories, struggles, hopes, grief, questions, and hearts that simply want to feel understood. Every person who walks through my door brings their own journey, and I honour that deeply.

I truly believe that everyone has their own intuitive ability and inner wisdom. My role is not to control it, shape it, or speak over it - it is to help you trust it. To reconnect you with your own knowing. To empower you, not create dependency.

My work in mediumship and intuitive guidance is something I hold with deep care and integrity.

It is a responsibility, not a performance.
A privilege, not a status symbol.
A service, not a show.

Integrity is at the centre of everything I do. I care deeply about creating emotional, spiritual, and practical safety in every session and gathering. I never want anyone to leave feeling confused, fragile, or reliant on me. I want you to leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more confident in yourself, your path and purpose.

My spiritual approach is grounded, balanced, and compassionate. It is calm, practical, and free from unnecessary drama. I blend intuition with emotional intelligence, life experience, and healthy boundaries. I honour Spirit – and, I also honour psychology, personal responsibility, and real-world living. For me, true spirituality supports your whole life, not just one part of it.

At my core, the reason I do this work is simple.

I want people to feel less alone.
More confident.
More peaceful.
More connected to themselves.
More trusting of life.

I opened Studio JLM because I missed genuine, heartfelt connection. Because community matters to me. Because I believe healing happens in safe relationships, where people feel accepted, supported, and seen.

This space was created with love and intention - a place where you can grow, reflect, heal, and reconnect with who you truly are.
