Booking & Appointment Policy

Please review these important policies regarding bookings, fees, and session guidelines.

Fees & Cancellations

Non-Refundable Readings

Individual readings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, a $90 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee must be settled prior to your session to confirm your new booking.

Additional Attendees

If an additional attendee joins the session, the following fees will apply and must be settled before the reading begins:

In-Studio: $100 per attendee
Online: $50 per attendee

Please advise at the time of booking if another attendee will be present, as this allows appropriate time and energy to be held for the session.

Extended Sessions

Should the session run over the scheduled time, an additional $80 per 15 minutes will apply. Payment must be settled prior to departure. Other fees may apply if a second person is attending the session.

Session Guidelines

For In-Studio Readings

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If I am with another client, the door may be closed - please do not knock, and wait patiently for me to come and collect you.

For Online Readings

Shortly before your scheduled session, I will send you a message to let you know I will be calling. When you are ready, simply reply, and I will begin the session.

Online readings can be conducted via Skype, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger Video, WhatsApp, or Instagram. If you prefer another platform, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate.

Recording of Readings

Recordings are welcome unless otherwise advised by me.

Important: Consent Required for Group Sessions

Where other attendees are present, recording is only permitted with the clear consent of all involved.

In these instances, consent must be given verbally at the beginning of the recording, with each attendee acknowledging their agreement.
